Vietnam and the UK promote cooperation in vocational education
(LĐXH)- The signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in vocational education between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK) took place on April 5 at MoLISA headquarters.
Memorandum of Understanding aims to share professional knowledge and support the formulation and implementation of policies on vocational education.
The two sides will increase the participation of businesses to ensure the supply and demand of the industry, as well as improving governance, leadership, teaching and assessment capabilities; implement the appropriate language program.
In particular, vocational education institutions of both sides will recognize degrees and training programs.
The two sides will also discuss cooperation activities such as: training courses to improve the quality of teachers; capacity-based vocational training methods; specialized English training; building and developing a quality assurance system at 21 colleges; link vocational education institutions and issue certificates recognized by the United Kingdom./.
