Nearly 160,000 workers sent abroad to work in 2023
(LĐXH)- According to the Department of Overseas Labour (DOLAB) under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA), in 2023, there were 159,986 workers (55,804 women) sent abroad to work, in 2023 reaching 133.3% of the assigned plan (110,000 - 120,000 workers).
In 2024, the DOLAB strives to successfully complete the planned tasks assigned by the Government and the MoLISA. Specifically, sending 125,000 Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts, focusing on markets with high and stable income./.
