MoLISA increased online meetings as a result of COVID-19 epidemic

(LĐXH)- Implementing urgent measures to prevent and combat COVID-19, on 31 March, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) issued a notice of the Minister Dao Ngoc Dung’s commend to the the units of MoLISA.
Accordingly, the Minister directed:
Strictly and completely implementing the Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister to all cadres, civil servants, officials and employees in the unit.
Leaders of the Ministry and units continue to work at the agency to promptly handle the assigned work.
For state management units and public-service units (except for training and scientific research units): a maximum of 30% of the public servants, employees and employees of the unit (in the form of rotation work) come to work at office.
For non-business training and scientific research units: 100% of officials and employees to work at home.
The Minister also asked the heads of units to:  
- Maximize the application of information technology to solve the word, enhance online meetings at the units.
- Assigning specific tasks and closely managing civil servants, public employees and workers working at home; take responsibility to the Minister and Ministry leaders for the schedule and quality of assigned tasks.
- To be responsible to the Minister if public servants, employees, employees of the unit to spread COVID-19 epidemic because of not strictly complying with the regulations on disease prevention and control./.
